Indian benchmark indices continued to trade in green during the noon trading session supported by following strong global cues.
At 14:35 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 62877.68 up by 330.57 points or by 0.53 % and then NSE Nifty was at 18618.9 up by 84.8 points or by 0.46 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 62943.2 and intraday low of 62751.72 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 18640.15 and intraday low of 18582.8
The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1394.95,+4.02%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 953.45,+2.96%), Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 548.15,+2.31%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Rs. 2265.75,+1.36%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1012.50,+1.32%), among others.
