Cottonseed oil cake prices slipped by Rs 2 to Rs 2,937 per quintal on Thursday in futures trade, as traders pared their positions amid a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake for December delivery fell 0.07% to Rs 2,937 per quintal with an open interest of 17,900 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to selling by participants at existing levels, reflecting subdued demand in the physical market.
