Coriander prices fell by Rs 80 to Rs 8,238 per quintal on Thursday in futures trade, as traders trimmed their positions amid sluggish demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), coriander for November delivery dropped 0.97% to Rs 8,238 per quintal in 10,150 lots.

Analysts said the decline was mainly driven by muted demand in the physical market.
