Harish Textile Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30/09/2025, and to transact other business matters with the permission of the Chair. The meeting will be held at the registered office of the Company situated at 2nd Floor, 19 Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
