Guar seed futures fell by Rs 94 to Rs 5,444 per quintal on Monday, pressured by ample arrivals in the market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), April delivery contracts slipped Rs 94, or 1.73 per cent, to Rs 5,444 per quintal, with an open interest of 23,625 lots.
Market participants said increased supplies from producing regions weighed on guar seed prices in the futures market.
