The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 23rd May, 2026, has interalia considered and recommended Dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share (45%) for the financial year 2025-2026, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Eighty-First(81st) Annual General Meeting of the Company.
