Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the second term of office of Mr. Ajay Mehta as an Independent Director of the Company has come to an end today viz. 26 March 2023. Accordingly, Mr. Ajay Mehta ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company from Monday, 27 March 2023, upon completion of his term as approved by the Members of the Company.
