SHARONBIO:The Exchange had sought clarification from Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited with respect to announcement dated 27-Feb-2023, regarding fire accident at the Company's manufacturing unit located at M/s Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited, Plot No L6, MIDC Area, Taloja , Panvel, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra. On basis of above the Company was required to clarify following:?? 1. Insurance amount claimed and realized by the listed entity for the loss/damage; 2. The actual amount of damage caused due to the natural calamity or other force majeure events; 3. Details of steps taken to restore normalcy and the impact of the natural calamity/other force majeure events on production or service, financials of the entity. The response of the Company is attached.
