In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operation and administrative Committee of the Company on 11th September, 2023 has allotted 7,188 fully paid-up equity shares pursuant to exercise of ESOP / ESAR.\r\n\r\nConsequently, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company increased to INR 1,61,46,34,956 comprising of 80,73,17,478 equity shares.
