Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the admission to dealings in securities of Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. February 20, 2024 pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
