Please find enclosed the intimation letter dated 3rd September 2024 received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Link Intime India Private Limited, providing information regarding the loss of share certificate by the shareholder(s) of the Company. Further, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by Law.
