1 : SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES
A RECOGNITION OF INCOME AND EXPENDITURE :
Revenue/Incomes and Costs/Expenditure are generally accounted for on accrual, as they are earned or incurred.
B FIXED ASSETS
Fixed Assets are stated at Cost, less accumulated Depreciation.
The Fixed Assets in operation with less than 5% value after providing depreciation are being shown at residuary value of 5%.
C DEPRECIATION AND AMORTISATION
Depreciation on each asset has been provided on WDV Method as per useful lives prescribed in Schedule II to the Companies Act, 2013. Minimum 5% residuary value is being kept.
