Consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Adisoft Technologies Private Limited" to "Adisoft Technologies Limited", and a fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting the conversion to a public company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on September 17, 2025.
