Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 11, 2025. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Adisoft Technologies Private Limited" to "Adisoft Technologies Limited", and a fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting the conversion to a public company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on September 17, 2025.
