Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of "Aeron Composite Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli with CIN U25209GJ2011PTC065419. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on May 06, 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Aeron Composite Private Limited" to "Aeron Composite Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated June 19, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, bearing CIN U25209GJ2011PLC065419.
Major Key Events and Milestone: 2011 Incorporation of the Company. Started Production of Pultruded Products
2012 Started Production of Moulded Gratings. Executed first Export order.
2015 Started Production of FRP Rod for Optic Fiber Cables
2019 Moved to new manufacturing unit. Significant increase in the capacity of Pultrusion and Moulded Grating.
2020 Recognition by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research
2021 Star Export House Recognisation - AEO T1 Status.
2023 Upgraded to higher status of AEO T2 and in parallel upgraded to Two Star export house recognition
2024 Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company
