Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 18, 2023 and the name of our Company changed from "Aesthetik Engineers Private Limited" to "Aesthetik Engineers Limited" & Registrar of Companies, Kolkata issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated January 24, 2024, bearing CIN U74210WB2008PLC124716.
