    The company was incorporated on 17th February 1994 as a Public Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra and commencement of business certificate obtained on 18th February 1994. The company was granted Registration as Category I, Registrar to the Issue and Share Transfer Agent with effect from 31st October 1994.

    PRESENT BUSINESS

    The Company is presently engaged in data-processing activities. ie., doing job work on sub contract basis from other Registrars and share transfer consultancy.
