Our Company was originally incorporated on March 7, 2019 under the name "ANB Metal Cast Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U27300GJ2019PTC106972. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on May 24, 2024, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "ANB Metal Cast Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 6, 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The present CIN of our Company is U27300GJ2019PLC106972.
