    2014 -The equity shares of Potential Investments & Finance Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of T Group Securities. 2018 -Best Steel Logistics changed to Apollo TriCoat. 2019 -'Apollo Tricoat commences commercial production of Door Frames with advanced Italian Technology at manufacturing facility at Dujana, Uttar Pradesh'. -'Apollo Tricoat commences commercial production of Tricoat Tubes with advanced Galvant technology at manufacturing facility at Malur'. -Launched a new-age steel product 'Apollo Steel Plank'. -Launched designer galvanized pipes 'Apollo Signature'. 2018 -Company name has changed to Apollo TriCoat Tubes Ltd. from Best Steel Logistics Ltd.. 2019 - Apollo TriCoat Tubes starts production of advanced technology Door Frames at Dujana, UP 2021 -Apollo TriCoat Tube has recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1. 2022 Approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Shri Lakshmi Metal Udyog Limited, Apollo Tricoat Tubes Limited and APL Apollo Tubes Limited.
