Our Company was originally incorporated on September 26, 2017 as a Private Limited Company as "Archit Nuwood Industries Private Limited" vide Registration No. 070923 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on December 22, 2023, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Archit Nuwood Industries Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 27, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.
