Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from "Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Private Limited" to "Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 20, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further the Company has changed the registered office from State of Maharashtra to Gujarat vide Certificate of Registration of Regional Director order for Change of State dated November 18, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

    - Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Private Limited" Started operations in certain part of Bhatinda district, Punjab & certain part of Sirsa District, Haryana.

    2007
    - Allotment of Plot of Land in GIDC, company started its construction activities with required initial setup for manufacturing of products and constructed of manufacturing and laboratory area, with highly equipped Laboratory & Machineries.

    2020
    - During the year Company achieved its landmark turnover of Rs. 200.00 Cr.

    2021
    - Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 20, 2020

    2023 -The Company has received New Purchase Order of Approx. Rs. 2,52,83,600/- from Three Client Companies for supply of various Agrochemicals on Freight-To Pay Basis. -The Company has received New Purchase Order of Approx. Rs. 34,41,000/- from one of the Client Company for supply of one of the chemical product. 2024 -The Company has received a new Purchase orders from Mizushi India Private Limited -The Company has received Purchase Orders of Approx. Rs. 3,38,77,000/- from a Client Company & a LLP for supply of various Agrochemicals.

    2025
    -Aristo Bio-Tech And Lifescience Ltd. has informed that Mr. Narendra Singh Barhat, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company received 'Legend of Crop Protection Award.'
