The Company has been promoted by Shri Surendra Kumar Gupta and Shri Prem Prakash Gupta. Sh.Surendra Kumar Gupta. Managing Director,aged 36 years is a B.Com(H) from Delhi University with Diploma in Enterpreneurial Mnagement from Sydenham College Bombay.
