Subsequently, name of our Company was changed `BENCH MARK INFOTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED' to `BENCH MARK INFOTECH SERVICES LIMITED, upon its conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the members of our Company on June 03, 2026 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 22, 2026, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. 2014 - Installed a mobile (cellular) authentication based public Wi-Fi access facility spanning approximately 20 kilometres at various public places in Patna, Bihar for the Government of Bihar.
2021 - DataComm and network infrastructure deployment for Central Government PSU across 132 locations, including SD-WAN and LMC (Last Mile Connectivity)
2023 - We have received ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems. - Deployment of data communication infrastructure across 228 SECL locations with centralized NOC setup. SD-WAN implementation for a Coal India Limited subsidiary.
2025 - We have received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management systems
2026 - Conversion of the Company status from Private Limited to Public Limited
