    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    The Company manufactures Aluminium-billets/ingots/extrusions, Propezi rods (all kinds & all sizes), Aluminium rods, Redraw rods, Electric wire and cable wire etc. Commercial production of aluminium extrusions commenced from 16th April, 1982. During 1986, the Government of India enhanced the company's industrial license from 3,000 tonnes per annum to 5,000 tonnes per annum for Aluminium extrusions.

    During December 1987, since the company's net worth was eroded by more than 50%, it came under the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies Act, 1985.
