Our company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name "Bright Outdoor Media Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2005 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to "Bright Outdoor Media Limited" vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 24, 2022 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated November 24, 2022. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74300MH2005PLC156444.
