| KUKSON FOOTCARE LIMITED was incorporated on 12-2-1992 as a
Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies,
Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Subsequently the Company passed a
Special Resolution at its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting
held on 11th July, 1994 to convert to a Public Limited
Company and fresh certificate was obtained from Registrar
of Companies on 14th September, 1994 in this regard.
The Company proposes to Set up a footwear complex to
manufacture Rubber Cushion slippers (Hawai Slippers),
Ethylene Vinyl Accetate (EVA) beach slippers, Canvass
Sports shoes, Canvas shoes at Industrial Area, Pithampur,
Dist. Dhar and the said activities fall under the main
Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the
Company for undertaking the activities.
The company changed its name from Kukson Footcare Ltd to Cistro
Telelink Ltd w.e.f 9th November 2002.
