Subsequently, the name of our company has changed from `DCG Copper Industries Private Limited' to `DCG Cables & Wires Private Limited" vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 10, 2023 bearing Corporate Identification Number U36999GJ2017PTC099290. Further, our Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on August 11, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `DCG Cables & Wires Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated August 24, 2023. The CIN of the Company is U36999GJ2017PLC099290.

    -Company had started manufacturing the Bare copper wire & strips on job work basis.

    2022
    -Company has started its own manufacturing unit at the 622/15+16/12, Agrasen Estate, Chotala crossroad, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
    -Our Company has started second pant at 501(I), 502(I), 513-514, GIDC Estate, Waghodia, Vadodara - 391760, Gujarat.

    2023
    -Our Company has started third plant at Plot No. 91-92, Dev Devasya Ind. Estate, Vil. Kubadthal, Tal. Daskroi, Gujarat
    -Our Company has started shifting of all our plants at a one place for the better organisation of our plants and machineries at Plot No. 741, Bhayala, Bavla, Gujarat.
