Subsequently, our company converted into a public limited company, resulting in a name change to "Dudani Retail Limited". This alteration was formally recorded in a new Certificate of Incorporation dated March 06, 2025, with the Corporate Identification Number U52190RJ2015PLC048711, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
