Subsequently, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on November 13, 2024 the Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed from "E to E Transportation Infrastructure Private Limited" to "E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 04, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar bearing CIN U45201KA2010PLC052810. E to E Holdings India Private Limited and Ganapa Vasundhara were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
