The company's overall operations are managed by, Mr. Ravi Amarchand Dalmia and Mr.Aditya Amarchand Dalmi Directors of the Company, who are looking after the day-to-day affairs of the Company. 2023 -Company name has changed to Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd. from Sharad Fibres & Yarn Processors Ltd.. 2024 -The Company Taking over of a hotel property having 60 rooms situated at Bangalore, Karnataka
