Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 11, 2023, and the name of our Company was changed to "Eleganz Interiors Limited" A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated November 17, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74140MH1996PLC098965.

    - Opened a dedicated woodwork factory unit in Dahisar Mumbai.
