| 1985 - Ennore Coke & Power Ltd. was incorporated on 25th February as a part of Shriram Group as 61% of ECL was held by the promoters Shriram EPC Ltd and Shriram Auto Finance, to carry out business of yarn, cloth, fiber and the business of leasing of moveable and immoveable properties.
2005 - From 5th December, 2005 the controlling interest of the company was taken over by Shriram EPC Ltd. and Mrs. Vatsala Ranganathan.
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To Belapur, Mumbai.
2006
-Company has changed its name from Khatoo Synthetics Ltd. to Ennore Coke Ltd.
-Ennore Coke Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 30:1
2007

2008
