In 2024, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on 25.11.2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued in the name of `EPW India Limited' dated 26.12.2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

    - Opened a new branch in 1st Floor, Office No 27 to 39 Shop No. 131A, Nilgiri Blocks, Ameerpet Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500016 to increase offline sales reach.
