Subsequently, name of our Company was changed from `Exato Technologies (OPC) Private Limited' to `Exato Technologies Private Limited', upon its conversion from OPC to Private Limited Company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the members of our Company on December 07, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 05, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Thereafter, the name of our Company was further changed from `Exato Technologies Private Limited' to `Exato Technologies Limited', upon its conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the members of our Company on June 17, 2025 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
