Our Company was originally incorporated as "FlySBS Aviation Private Limited" a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre dated August 07, 2020. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from "FlySBS Aviation Private Limited" to "FlySBS Aviation Limited", consequent to conversion of our Company from private limited company to public limited company, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on August 31, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre dated October 29, 2024.
