Subsequently, the Company became a Public Limited Company in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the EGM held on September 10, 2013 and the name of the Company was changed to Franklin Leasing and Finance Limited. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion to a
