Company was incorporated on April 24, 2012 as `FSN E-Commerce Ventures Private Limited'under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 24, 2012, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution of our Board dated July 15, 2021 and a resolution of our Shareholders dated July 16, 2021, Company was converted from a private company to a public company and consequently, our name was changed from `FSN E-Commerce Ventures Private Limited' to `FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation under the Companies Act, 2013 was issued upon a change in name by the RoC on July 28, 2021 Major events and milestones:

2016 Launched our naturally derived ingredients focused skincare brand `Nykaa Naturals'.
2018 Huda Beauty launched exclusively on Nykaa for the first time in India.
2018 Launched `Nykaa Fashion' as curated and managed marketplace.
2018 Entered into an agreement with Katrina Kaif to launch "Kay Beauty"
2019 Launched our beauty range `Masaba by Nykaa' in collaboration with Masaba Gupta.
2019 Collaborated with Vogue India to present `The Vogue x Nykaa Fashion: Power List 2019'.
2019 Acquired the clothing brand `20 Dresses'.
