| The Company was originally incorporated at Delhi as "Funny Software Private Limited" on 13th July, 2007 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to "Funny Software Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 23rd August, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.
We are engaged in the providing IT services, consulting and business solutions organization and delivering results to the business clients. We also operate as reseller organization by a team of dynamic professionals with marketing, sales and technical know-how spread across various industries. We predominantly cater to Delhi and nearby markets and act as IT Distribution space. The Registered Office of the Company is situated 407, Prabhat Kiran Building, Rajendra Place, New Delhi - 110 008.
MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES 2007 - Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Funny Software Private Limited"
2014 - Achieved a turnover of Rs. 30 Million - The Company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to "Funny Software Limited".
2015 -Funny Software are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group Securities.
2016 -Registered office of the Company has been shifted from 407, Prabhat Kiran Building, Rajendra Place, New Delhi - 110008 to Office No. 208, 2nd Floor, Plot No. A-1, Madhuban Tower, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, New Delhi-110092.
