Our Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act") in the name and style of "Ganesh International", pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated May 15, 2017. Ganesh International was thereafter converted from a Partnership Firm to Private Limited company under Part I Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 with the name and style of "Ganesh Infraworld Private Limited" and received a Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre dated February 13, 2024. Subsequently, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from "Ganesh Infraworld Private Limited" to "Ganesh Infraworld Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 1, 2024.
Major Events and Milestones: 2017 -Our Company originally incorporated as partnership firm with name of "M/s Ganesh International" pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated May 15, 2017
2018 -Bagged a significant project in Kharagpur, West Bengal, for the construction of a shed for the power coating plant
2020 -Successfully executed power substation project for state electricity board
2022 -Secured various significant projects including the UP Jal Jeevan Mission, an initiative of Government of India
2023 -Crossed an annual turnover of Rs.130.00 crores
2024 -Our Company is Converted from Partnership Firm to Private Company and thereafter to a Public Company. -Achieved an annual turnover of Rs.290.00 crores
2025 -Ganesh Infraworld Limited honored with INDIA SME 100 AWARDS, MASA AWARDS and Business Leader Awards.
