Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 13, 2014. Further, The Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 07, 2014 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Limited. Initially the registered office of the company was situated at 143, Jagriti Enclave, Delhi - 110092. The registered office was shifted to A-3, NDSE, Part I, New Delhi - 110049 vide Board Resolution dated February13, 2014. KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY January 10, 2003 -Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of 'Apollo Fittings Private Limited' 2014 -The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 07, 2014 -The Company issued Bonus Shares in the ratio of 12:5 (Twelve Equity shares for every five share held) 2015 -The equity shares of Mahabir Metallex Ltd (Scrip Code: 539041) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group Securities. 2017 -Company name has changed to SVP housing Ltd. from Mahabir Metallex Ltd.

    2022
    -The Company has given its consent for the approval of land purchase agreement with Mr. Anand Prakash, Chairman of Anand Educational Society, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad.

    2023 -Company name has changed to Ganesha Ecoverse Ltd. from SVP Housing Ltd.. 

    2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 6:5 at a premium of Rs. 25 per share.
