Subsequently, ourCompany was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on October 5, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to "Ganga Forging Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued bythe Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on October 30, 2017.The Corporate Identification Number of the company is U28910GJ1988PLC011694. 1988 - Incorporation of the company 1989 - Commencement of Manufacturing facility at factory of the Company 2014 - Certified as an ISO 9001:2008 Company 2017 - Obtaining of SMERA- D & B NSIC Certificate (Grade: SMERA MSE 3) - Conversion from a private limited to a public limited and change of name consequent to the same (i.e Ganga Forging Private Limited to Ganga Forging Limited)
