| The Company was incorporated as "Giriraj Civil Developers Private Limited" on October 19, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra bearing Registration No. 156879. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to "Giriraj Civil Developers Limited" by a special resolution passed on December 26, 2017. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on January 22, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is U45200MH2005PTC156897.
