Consequently, the name of Company was changed Goldstar Power Private Limited vide a Change of Name certificate dated July 13, 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members held on July 1, 2017. Further, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 15, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Goldstar Power Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated July 21, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U36999GJ1999PLC036274.

    The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of different types of battery.
