The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of Goldstar Battery Private Limited by Mulji Pansara and Amratlal Pansara and received a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on July 12, 1999 bearing Registration No. 04-36274. Consequently, the name of Company was changed Goldstar Power Private Limited vide a Change of Name certificate dated July 13, 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members held on July 1, 2017. Further, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 15, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Goldstar Power Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated July 21, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U36999GJ1999PLC036274.
