Subsequently, the company converted into a public limited company, resulting in a name change to "Gurunanak Agriculture India Limited" under the Companies Act, 2013 vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 05, 2024, bearing Corporate Identification Number U29253CT2010PLC016944, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
