Effulgent Technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai to purchase the ERP business of that Company. The estimated cost will be Rs 10,00,000/- (Rs Ten Lakhs only). - The Company took over Vanavil Technology Pvt. Ltd. The Company has acquired full rights of Vanavil Web site on account of this take over.
