| Indo Gulf Industries Ltd. was originally incorporated on March 5, 1981 as a Public Limited Company under the name and style of Indo Gulf Explosives ltd. and received certificate of Commencement of Business on September 10, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to INDO GULF INDUSTRIES LIMITED and a new Certificate of Incorporation dated September 1, 1994 was received from the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi.
2001
