| The Company was originally incorporated as Innovative Tyres & Tubes Limited at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a public limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 28, 1995 bearing Registration Number 11-94817 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The certificate of Commencement of Business was granted by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on February 08, 1996 issued. Pursuant to change in the registered office of the Company from one state to another state vide resolution passed by shareholders of the company in the Annual General Meeting held on August 23, 2014 and a certificate in respect of which was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, on April 27, 2016. The Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company is U25112GJ1995PLC086579. Mukesh Desai and Pradeep Kothari are the Promoters of the Company.
