The certificate of Commencement of Business was granted by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on February 08, 1996 issued. Pursuant to change in the registered office of the Company from one state to another state vide resolution passed by shareholders of the company in the Annual General Meeting held on August 23, 2014 and a certificate in respect of which was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, on April 27, 2016. The Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company is U25112GJ1995PLC086579. Mukesh Desai and Pradeep Kothari are the Promoters of the Company.
