Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders' resolution passed at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday, 17th May 2023 and name of our Company was changed to "Inspire Films Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 15th June 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. As on date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74120MH2012PLC226209.
