Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders' resolution passed at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday, 17th May 2023 and name of our Company was changed to "Inspire Films Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 15th June 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
