Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to "Italian Edibles Limited" vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 06, 2023 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana dated September 21, 2023.
