The company proposes to start the business of Leasing, Bill Discounting, Loan Syndication, Investment & Trading in shares and securities. The promoters do not have any listed Company within the group. The promoters' ventures that are in the similar line of business do not enjoy any credit facilities from the banks. The promoters intended that it would be this Company that would, in the near future, seek bank finance after the Public Issue, enabling it to have greater access in the market.
