Thereafter, the Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary general meeting held on February 27, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed from "Kaka Industries Private Limited" to "Kaka Industries Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 14, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
